Protein Bars

These Protein bars are a AMAZING!

 

You’ll need:

 

      > 2 cups of oats

      > 1.5 cups of peanut butter

      > 1 cup coconut cream

      > 5-6 scoops of unflavored or vanilla protein powder

 

>> First, drain the watery substance from the coconut cream and whisk it until it thickens up a little.

>> Second, add in the protein powder, then the peanut butter and then the oats, mixing before you put each new ingredient in.

>> Finally, refrigerate overnight and cut into slices. Beware – these are very delicious, and they are relatively guilt free as long as you don’t eat too many bars in one day!
