Healthy Tomato Sauce to Spice up Any Meat or Carbs

Kind of like the recipe from the prison scene in Goodfellas, this tomato sauce can help you make any dish (or occasion) more exciting.


You’ll need:


   1 squirt of olive oil

   1 onion chopped finely

   2 crushed cloves garlic

   8 peeled tomatoes OR a 14 oz. can of peeled tomatoes

   Just a pinch of salt and pepper



          > First, heat the oil and sweat the onion for around 10 minutes.

          > Second, mix in the garlic and fry it for around 30 seconds and the send in the rest of the ingredients.

          > Third, simmer for 20 minutes while stirring every minute or so. If it starts sticking to the bottom of pot, add a little water and stir more often.


This sauce can easily be adapted for different meals, but it helps to make all of your meals more exciting and interesting.


When you are trying to get your abs visible, your diet will be the hardest thing to stick to. Exercising for 30-60 minutes isn’t that hard – but staying away from treats and temptations 24 hours a day IS hard.
